Arrival Time

Please aim to arrive around 10 minutes before your session. This allows enough time to check in, get changed, and settle into the space before the reset begins.

When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed to the Brew Defender Reset area where the session flow will be briefly explained. This gives everyone a chance to understand how the sauna, cold plunge and fire pit area work before the session starts.

Once you arrive, look out for the Brew Defender Land Rover and sauna setup beside the Newport Inn — it’s hard to miss.

Arriving a little early also gives you time to get comfortable, have a look around the space, and ease into the experience before the heat of the sauna begins.

If you do happen to arrive late, you’re still welcome to join the session, but please note that the experience will finish at the scheduled end time so the next group can begin promptly.
